hi,
keep in mind that we can not appeal our property tax but we can appeal against property tax assessments. The only reason which reduce our property tax is the current value of our property . If current value of your property is lower than the previous year. Then you should appeal against your property tax assessments.

I totally agreed with you . You must evaluate you property each year . As the property rates are flexible . And if you found that you are overpaying then you must appeal to reduce your property tax.
