There are two possible paths for all Realtor.

One – the easy path that most Realtors take. On this path, the Realtor sends out glossy flyers and waits for business to come to them. Maybe they do a little prospecting or cold calls.

Two – the difficult path that Team Zuhl takes. On this path, we provide exceptional customer service and rely on word of mouth. We go and get business by actively reaching out to our Sphere of Influence and actively prospecting.
