Garwood is a borough in southern Union County and is home to roughly 7000 residents.  The 400 elementary students in Garwood all attend Lincoln School. Garwood high school students join Clark students at Arthur L. Johnson High School in Clark.

 

 

There are 9 homes offered for sale in Garwood as of this morning. This is about average for January when inventory runs lower than the rest of the year. It’s reasonable to expect that the inventory will go back up to normal once the temperature does.

Three homes were sold in Garwood in January for an average sale price of $417,000.
